Shipping & Returns

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded – Orders received by 3pm will, where possible, be dispatched same day. Delivery typically takes 1-2 days but is not guaranteed. It’s not a guaranteed service, but you do get insurance of up to £32 If the item should go missing the post office is liable up to £32.00 and you are liable for the remainder.

UK Special Delivery - If you require your parts urgently or want a guaranteed service please select Special Delivery at the checkout. Providing your order has been received and paid for by 3pm it will be dispatched where possible the same day using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which guarantees arrival by 1pm the next working day (may take longer for remote areas of Scotland). Insurance cover up to £500 is standard with special delivery.

Returns - Returns will only be accepted with after calling or emailing us for authorisation first. Do not just send the good back. This can be obtained by emailing us at sales@raptorrc.co.uk or calling us. Conditions of return as follows:

Item must be in it’s original unopened packaging

Return postage cost will be the responsibility of the purchaser (we recommend Recorded Delivery we are not liable for items we have not received)

A restocking fee of 15% will be charged to cover our costs

Damaged or Defective Items

We do not accept minor marks and damage on the packaging due to shipping and handling as a fault, but we will where possible attempt to replace the damaged item. This is at our discretion.

If your item has been delivered with a fault then contact us immediately. You will then be issued with a returns number and a postal address. Postage costs of returning the item to ourselves will be refunded where the item is tested faulty (after the item is returned to us), we strongly urge you to ensure that your chosen postage method is insured and that you request a signature upon delivery, proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of return. We will then repair or replace your goods in the quickest possible time. When the item is returned we will test the item in our technical department. Should the item prove not to be faulty no charge will be levied but we do ask you pay our return postage costs to you (we will make as cheap as possible). If you are unsure of whether your product has a fault, please do not hesitate to contact us wherein we will advise you on how to proceed.

If the item has been used and damaged i.e. in a crash then the item will not be deemed as faulty. If it has developed a technical fault after a crash then please contact us. It is our policy to try help customers with their models where ever they purchased it.
